Welcome to Mamawi Atosketan Native School

Be Part of The Bridge to Change The Future

Mamawi Atosketan Native School (MANS) is a unique, privately-funded K-12 First Nations school that’s growing and thriving. As an elementary school in 2011, we began adding high school classes, one grade at a time. We quickly became limited by our building’s capacity, and knew MANS had to expand.

We launched The Bridge Campaign to provide our students with a complete high school experience. Through the generous support of donors, we exceeded our target fundraising goal of $4.9 million to build a new junior and senior high school building, Cree Cultural Centre, and an Industrial Arts Centre, and establish supporting programs like transportation, nutrition, and scholarships.

But the students at MANS can still use your help. While the building project is complete, donations are needed to enhance our post-secondary scholarships and cultural education and learning enrichment programs. When you contribute to The Bridge,  you provide a chance for the Cree youth of Maskwacis to consider new possibilities for their lives and their own potential. Your support helps to ensure our students can succeed.
